Personal Space - Keeping cool with Two and a Half Men's Emmanuelle Vaugier Watch!, December 2009 "I was terrified of the live audience thing, but now I welcome it,"admits beautiful actress Emmanuelle Vaugier, who since 2006 has had a recurring role as Mia on the sitcom Two and a Half Men. "It keeps you on your toes. The audience gets so excited, and that energy filters into your performance. Having them appreciate all the hard work you put in every week it really cool -- an immediate payback." When she and costar Charlie Sheen aren't sending a live audience into guffaws, Vaugier (who has also burned up the screen on CBS's CSI: NY) prefers to keep it simple at her well-decorated Hollywood Hills home. She gave us a peek inside her spacious living room. Breeze on in: "I'll come down here after a hard day of shooting or early in the morning with some coffee, or if I have a guest over, we'll sit and open the double doors," she explains. "There is a nice breeze that comes through. It's quiet and airy and has a very Zen-like feel. I love to hang out, read a book and relax. Outside, there's a hot tub, waterfall and shower. I originally said, 'Why does this place have an outdoor shower? I will never use that! But it's awesome. Now it's my favorite thing ever." |
