Vancouver’s Emmanuelle Vaugier has filmed two of a planned four episodes of Smallville, playing a doctor who falls for Lex Luthor. Her first episode airs next week.

Lex’s girlfriends have a knack for coming to bad ends but now Vaugier’s off to Texas and Florida to play a fantasy Arab princess in SecondhandLions, with Michael Caine, Robert Duvall and Haley Joel Osment.
