What is new with you?

I am on sabbatical for most of the summer, I am going back to 2 ^1/2 Men in August.

How do you like working on that role?

It has a live audience which makes it exciting and interesting.We do live filming on Monday through Wednesday then again on Friday night.

Tell me about CSI, NY?

The staff was great to work with and I get to work with a lot of different people. I love they gave me a personal relationship on the show. I get to play a diverse character that is authoritative, but behind closed doors she lets her guard down.

Where is your favorite place to be?

I like to stay at home, having people over and entertaining. It the whole reason to have the home. I love to bake.

Where is your favorite place to shop?

My favorite place to shop is New York. I like all the individual shops and boutiques.

What is your favorite way to dress?

I like to wear a simple classic dress, one that is easy flowing and comfortable to wear.

What are your favorite roles?

Sci-fi/ action/ fantasy roles.

Do you support any charities?

My biggest passion charity is animal rescue groups. I would like to help a group of them out.

What do you like best about your work?

I love all the different people I get to work with, and that each day is totally different. I am not sure what the day is going to do and a like a variety.

What is your most memorable experience in show business?

Traveling on a private jet...coach will never be the same.

What is the favorite thing in your closet?

My aqua colored cashmere scarf...I wear it all the time.

Who is your favorite designer?

I have many favorites, but Alexander McQueen and Gucci have been my latest indulgences. I also love Marc Jacobs and Diane Von Furstenburg.

Who are your influences?

When it comes to my work I have many people I look up to. Reese Witherspoon and Rachel McAdams are two women who I admire as people and professionals in the business.

Where did you learn to act?

I have studied with a wide variety of teachers and coaches. I feel that as long as you keep learning, you keep growing as an actor.

What do you do for fun?

I love to travel. But when I'm in LA, I like to just hang out at home with my dogs and have people over. I love baking...but that can be dangerous if you're the only one around.

What can you tell Runway the rest of the world doesn't know?

My best friend of 17 years just moved to LA...and I am so happy to finally live in the same city as him again...I missed seeing him every day.

What are your plans for the future?

I want to travel as much as I can and see parts of the world I haven't had the opportunity to see yet. South of France is a favorite. I really want to see more of Europe.

What is your favorite move and why?

I have a lot of movies I love for different reasons, but one that comes to mind is ZOOLANDER....I can turn it on at any given moment and it always makes me laugh.

Where is your favorite spot on Earth?

Anywhere in the South of France.

What time is your earliest call time?

I had a 2:30 AM call time once. It was for a sc-fi show, I got face paint and wigs all morning.

Are you a day person or a night person?

I am much more of a day person.

What your advice to aspiring talent?

Believe in yourself...if you don't, nobody else will!
